Great discussion! Very impressed. Thank you for not having Fox News style Social media talking points on privacy. I am a big proponent of it. I am an opponent of blatantly exploiting people's content for monetary gain like Facebook does. We all know in 3-4 years we will be on another network anyway, especially since no one trusts Mark Z as far as they can throw him (but he is skinny and I think with the right wind could travel impressively far! lol).

If we didn't want privacy why are most people's Facebook and Myspace pages private requiring a friend request. And since the biz model is to exploit people's content, all the VC's, the networks, and everyone who gains by either exploiting or making a killing in the stock market are going to push the exposure issue. (Thus my like of Mashable for news, but disdain for Pete Cashmore as a source of any worthy viewpoints)

The Vatican discussion was awesome. All of you had great things to say. Just a bit of background the Catholic Church is about $$ and power not God. The day women won the right to inherit their late husband's estates was when priests were required to be celibate. They were freaking that a wife would inherit church property. And Bill as always your dead on. The Pope should announce that going forward if you molest a kid your excommunicated. And even further he should use Eric Cartman's voice and add "and you will go to hell when you die".
